Why this training exists
A firm that hires you doesn't have time to train you once season starts - you're expected to arrive already able to keep pace. Yet no serious resource covered that path end to end: from the interview to showing up ready on day one. We built this programme to close exactly that gap.
A team that has sat on the other side of the table
Our team is made up of former financial audit analysts and managers - including a former audit manager at PwC and a former Deloitte Transaction Services professional - alongside former Big 4 recruiters. They pass on directly what gets evaluated in an interview, and what a manager expects from a junior in their first week, because they have hired and coached those juniors themselves.

Most finance training programmes teach general accounting theory. We teach the concrete deliverables of an audit junior: assessing risk, designing procedures, documenting conclusions. These are the skills that separate a junior who keeps pace from a junior who stands out.
